Why does my purchased product's wood pattern do not look exactly the same as advertised?
Please note that all of our products are made from natural wood, which means each piece will feature unique wood grain patterns. While some items may have similar grains, no two are exactly alike. We take great care to preserve and showcase the natural beauty of the wood in every product.

Where does nusantara creation ship to?
Nusantara Creation currently ships to addresses within West and East Malaysia. We also ship to US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities to serve more customers globally in the future.

If your address is within 8km of our store (covering Ampang and parts of Kuala Lumpur), the 'Local Delivery' option will appear at checkout. It's a cost-effective choice for larger or heavier orders, with direct delivery by our team.

how does the duitnow qr scan work?
To make a payment using DuitNow QR scan, open your bank or e-wallet app, select the QR scan function, and scan the provided QR code. Enter the amount displayed on the final page to complete your payment. As DuitNow QR scan is a manual payment method, we recommend contacting us via the provided WhatsApp number to ensure the process goes smoothly.
What if I want to order in a large quantity and the store cannot process my order because it has exceeded the amount?
For bulk purchases, please contact us with your requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We will also offer a payment method that suits you, such as online transfer, DuitNow QR scan, or e-wallet options.
